The menu, specialties

The Waux Hall offers a regional and traditional cuisine, influenced by Camargue, Provence and Mediterranean culture. Speciality of the restaurant: the gardianne bull.

The chef, Etienne-Jacques Michel, selects fresh, local and seasonal products, to design daily menus.

A la carte, the restaurant also offers a wide choice of salads and grilled meats, homemade pastries and ice creams.

The wine cellar has a large selection of wines from Camargue, Alpilles and the Rhone Valley. All our wines are Appellations d'Origine (AOC).
